Every single item on Polynesianlover.com is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Production time of Shirts: 3 - 7 business days

Production time of Home Decor, Shoes, Boots, Luggage Covers, Hooded Blankets, Car Seat Covers, Bedding & Bags: 7 - 14 business days

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email 9-12 days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please note:

It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there might be no further tracking.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after the day you placed the order, contact one of our customer service team through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, charges and custom fees are not included in the item price or the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's or recipient’s responsibility. We can not predict whether you will be charged for custom taxes or how much the taxes will be.

Please be informed that all orders shipped to Mexico, Bulgaria, Romania, French Polynesia and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde, …) and countries in South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, …) usually take 2-4 months to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.

*All items except for our shirts & hoodies cannot be shipped to the following countries: Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, Montenegro, Syria, Kuwait, Georgia, North Korea, Jordan, Ecuador and Morocco.*

1. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
   We offer worldwide shipping with free economy shipping for international orders. Additional taxes and duties may apply in some cases.
2. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
   We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses but can deliver to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box deliveries.
3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
   If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, contact Customer Service for a refund or replacement.
4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
   We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Place separate orders for different addresses.
